As we begin planning for the 2025-2026 school year, we kindly ask you to complete this Intent to Return form to confirm whether your Vanguard scholar will be re-enrolling for the upcoming school year. Your response helps us ensure the best possible academic experience by preparing for class sizes, staffing, and resources to support all students effectively.   

Please complete and submit this form by March 31, 2025, to ensure a seat is reserved for your Vanguard scholar. If the form is not submitted by March 31, 2025, SR1 CPSA cannot guarantee a seat for your scholar. Thank you for your continued trust and support!
